So, an interesting update
Someone actually commented earlier that things change during the year, def is my case with 2, maybe 3, extra unplanned trips to Florida
At the end of the year, I should have appx 10,200 PQP (and I have 2,700 Flex PQP in my bank), BUT, I should have 26 PQF (much higher than i originally thought)
So, i can either transfer 1,800 PQP towards Gold status - OR - try to do an inexpensive Mileage run (LAX-SFO-LAS-SFO-LAX, about $250 RT) to hit Gold for next year.
My hunch is telling me , bank the Flex PQP and just keep them, as I "may" need them in 2026 to hit Gold for 2027. Again, I will likely hit 1MM in 2027 at some point.
is a $250 quick mileage run better to save the FLEX PQP "just in case" theyre needed later?
