1. You book with P2 on the same reservation (e.g. press checkout only once with multiple passengers added) and do nothing
2. You book with P2 on the same reservation and call in to "split the reservation"
3. You book yourself, then you book P2, then you call in to "connect the reservations"

What is the difference in upgrade scenarios of all 3?
