Unfortunately, I don’t know where Hyatt could send anyone moving forward. Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen was a possibility, but it’s now a Hilton. Other Hyatt properties are AI.
They moved our group of reservations (20+ people) to Dreams Natura AI earlier this year around spring break time. We pushed and advocated for that. Otherwise it was the GH PDC, which we argued was not equivalent. Not to mention unreasonable they were making us aware with only 2 weeks before our stay (despite news of them closing started circulating in December).
