The website and app are now completely choking on our kid bookings. For 14 and above, regardless of how we book, they are getting tagged as unaccompanied minor. We keep calling and getting that taken out and it gets added back in. Gate agents keep paging kids and asking for UM form. It has even happened where i booked my ticket, then decided to bring my son and booked him but linked his reservation to mine. Still showing as UM all the way to the gate, even after it was supposedly fixed at the front check in.
