Just updating this thread after my latest visits in June 2025, to both the T1 International and T2 lounges.
The entrance to the T1 International lounge has been moved airside, by simply closing down the landslide entrance and creating a new reception by the toilet side of the lounge (they may have had a SPA in that location. This worked out better for us flying with BA as the location is very close to the gates used by BA.
The Menu is largely the same but I have noticed a dumping down of the presentation standard (check the Tuna Tartare in particular) and the reduction of Tacos being served from 3 to 2

T2 Domestic looked to be considerably bigger, but the food was largely the same:
