A flick of the pilot flying wrist after rotation or in the flare will cause a severe accident. Nothing the pilot monitoring can do. Or simply shove the nose down at any time below 50 feet on takeoff or landing. That’s before you get into all the other things a bad actor could reconfigure in the cockpit that take time to reverse such as fire handles and fuel cutoff switches. Look at the Atlas 767 accident caused by the FO. The Captain was unable to change the outcome despite the event starting above 3000 feet and taking over 18 seconds.
