Yes, couldn’t open any of the bottles we were given on a recent flight (club so the ~500ml bottles). I do think it’s an “up in the air” issue as we found we could open bottles we took with us without issue once off the plane. This could be with the bottle thru pressure or perhaps with hands (becoming a little puffy or skin texture changes).

it’s annoying and a little embarrassing having to go to the cabin crew to open a bottle!
