They still seem to have a lot of trouble removing people from the waitlist. The guy who repriced it for me tried one way. It didn't work. Then he put me on hold and talked to a lead, who walked him through doing it the "new way," as he said. This didn't work either. I called back and this second agent was able to do it correctly faster than I could refresh the page. Don't let them tell you it takes a few minutes to show up -- the way she did it was instant.
Applying GGUs after being added to the wait list can be excruciatingly difficult... you can usually tell in the first few minutes if you should hang up and try again.
