There are some good business class redemptions still on Japan Airlines and Starlux to Asia and on Condor to Europe, often for 55,000 Alaska miles. You can see them on seats.aero (but be sure to confirm it’s not phantom before booking, also the free version updates a lot less but I’ve found the paid version quite accurate).
