Where did I saw speeding is not a violation of traffic laws? When/if I speed and I receive a ticket I do not complain and I pay the fine. Rules are rules.
My point is simply that if a traffic camera is installed where no signs are present warning people of its presence, then is not acting as a tool for public safety. If the goal is to reduce speeds, then the sign will make people slow down.
No sign = tax on speeders. Not improved public safety. Also, a fake camera and a sign would cost thousands of pounds/dollars less each and provide more safety.
