I'm sure many would agree with you, but the fact remains that driving above the speed limit, no matter how arbitrary that limit may be, is a violation of traffic laws and exposes the driver to a possible fine and even prosecution. If the sign says 20, then drive at 20, no matter how stupid the limit might be. You'll arrive at your destination a few minutes later than you'd like, but with your wallet and licence intact.
