From the Chase Rep that said that the annual fee on my wife's card would be increasing to $695 on 8/1:

"..., it was brought to my attention, that I provided you
incorrect information in my previous email to you. The
annual fee change I quote is for the United ClubSM
Business Card, not The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card."
