Not at all - I'm sure it's something we've all done, and something I probably do inadvertently several times a month, though it helps to have a car that warns me when I'm exceeding the limit.
If I were caught by a speed camera I'd be annoyed with myself but accept that I was in the wrong, unlike the OP.
