Bit late to the party here but the new 20MPH thing in the UK is really hard not to break and there are cameras everywhere.
I had one in a 30MPH limit years ago. This admin fee charged by the car rental company is ridiculous.
In my case the police wrote to say they were not going to proceed with prosecuting but obviously there was still the "fine" by the rental company!
