To be fair also depends on how you’d write the feedback; as a scolding complaint vs very neutral/observant or just focussing on the nice FA trying to be what we so appreciate. That couldn’t hurt.
As for my personal opinion; I see feedback not just for complaints or violations but if I sense something is off or passengers/crew are barked at I would write them as an fyi. Better to know then not. Also; rudeness or (social) uncomfort is also just important for working environments
