I usually pay the HOA fee with a Vanilla VGC.
According to the fee chart, credit cards get hit with 3% fee.
But with the Vanilla, the fee is maxed out at $9.95
They've gone as far as charging $3 for ACH from bank account unless I set up auto-pay. Greed!
