The stopped school bus one would have had me fined, had there been a cop around. No kids crossing so I went past, slowly, and got honked at/lights flashed by several locals. After that I looked up the law and realised I had been in the wrong. Lesson learned. I have to say though, knowing one must not pass a stopped school Bus is I would argue, RATHER more "niche" than knowing not to do 35% over a posted speed limit. The OP wasn't booked for "Speeding"...he was booked for Speeding.
