Thank you for sharing. Service recovery is what defines a good company and we have plenty of service failure reports, so it’s comforting to have some positive reports.
Last night I was with a former civil servant who had many overseas postings and he had nothing but praise for BA and how they had responded to several challenging situations he had to deal with in assisting UK nationals needing to get back to the UK for various reasons (not just bereavement).
