This is a problem with most bottles of water, not just BA’s (have your tried Tesco!)
If the BA bottles have the lid attached to the bottle, like most others do these days, then there is less cap to grip.
I find a piece of kitchen roll helps if you wrap around the cap - it allows a tighter grip without hurting your fingers from the ribing on the side of the cap.
