It wouldn't - but the person may choose not to fly the LIS-MUC sector
There is no reason why BA couldn't apply married segment logic to awards - it would have the impact for those doing such a hidden city action, that they would have to pay for both sectos , so becomes an expensive way to book a single sector. Whether it will or not would seem to be independant to changing to point of commencement
