Good news, they've just updated the terms to make it a bit clearer. And it seems provided that you have purchased at least one ticket prior to 23:59 on 8th July, you can purchase tickets after this date and you'll still be eligible.
but what does that means? :
"Only tickets issued during the campaign’s ticketing period are eligible for changes."
