Several years ago. Since even Chase reps can't agree on what the plans for this card are, we are waiting for the actual terms before deciding. At $450, the RC card was one of our favorites. At $695, unless the additional benefits are easily usable, we might downgrade at least one card. For me, the RC card is a much better value than the CSR, so we probably will keep at least on RC card.
