It's pretty clear that all tickets issued after July 8 will not be considered for the campaign - see the T&C - with this misleading sentence they probably want to say "when you already purchased a ticket or flown to a continent" - these tickets and flights are still eligible - although the campaign has been stopped and the ticketing period adjusted.
