I just took a look at the JetBlue shopping website in light of your comment. To be completely clear, it looks like "JetBlue Shopping" has two different kinds of offers, one described as "online" and the second one described as "card linked offers.". The online offers require you to place an order using the JetBlue shopping portal and work the way that
Mr. BoH and I describe above. "Card linked offers," by contrast, are tied to purchases made with specific credit cards (similar to "merchant offers" tied to Amex, Citi, and Chase credit cards) no matter where you use the card it seems.
So in theory, a "card linked offer" for GC.com would mean that if you use that linked card on the AA shopping portal, you would earn TrueBlue points, in addition to the AAdvantage miles you earn from using the AA portal. HOWEVER, the current GC.com offer I see on JetBlue shopping is not a "card linked" offer, it is an "online" offer that only generates TrueBlue points when used on the JetBlue only shopping portal.
