Just to put this to rest I reached out to stubhub and asked to clarify who I am buying an egift card from when I purchase on their website and they said that the purchase is made from them and referred me to #1 under gift card policy on this page.
https://www.stubhub.com/gift-cards
when you click on purchase, it goes to
https://stubhub.launchgiftcards.com/
take a look at this
https://www.linkedin.com/company/launch-gift-cards/, and then relate it to your delta example. yup you are buying from stubhub, via launch gift cards, and your payment is to?
and why i said url doesnt matter is the url could have been
https://sh.launchgiftcards.com/ or
https://launchgiftcards.com/shub, so it does tell you some stuff, but it's really more because of coding needs than anything
