I guess we will find out soon how the branding strategy is supposed to work.
Branding is just lipstick. Agreed on the passenger experience not mattering so long as a competent pilot is in the cockpit. As for the other side of the door, some of the AS service standards, even if there's HA lipstick on the product, will not exactly impress the long term HA passenger.
