I would hope Hawaiian pilots would maintain their access to widebody flying over Alaska pilots. Alaska is keeping two separate brands. Hawaiian has always been regarded as the more premium brand with much better service than Alaska so I would think widebody flying stays under the Hawaiian brand with the associated crews and pilots.
