You could also just call Chase and ask them to reallocated your overall credit limit in different ways across your card portfolio, including the yet-to-be approved CSRB. As I mentioned upthread, I got a “pending review” notice, called in and worked with them to assign a new credit limit to each card. The approval came an hour later and the card two days after that.
