Lounge access - only at Doha, and only the silver lounge. Silver doesn't get you into OW lounges at other airports.
You get access to lounges at certain other airports, such as the FF lounge at LHR, but yes, not all business class lounges on other OW airlines, which is a key part of Gold with QRPP.
