I would also like to point out that I had to wait on hold for 90 minutes to speak to an American Airlines agent. Agent said I should be grateful wait times were recently 4 hours. This is why tax payers keep bailing out airlines, for the great non customer service. The agent said he booked me on the United flight, but when I got to the airport the ticket was not fully processed because of the customer service agent's error of not including enough information! A customer service agent at the airport for American had to fix the error to fully protect me on another flight.
Am I not entitled to compensation since American was unable to get me to SNA, only automatically booking me to LAX? Thanks
To me reads as you
"chose" to go to LAX and then on to SNA. How did AA
"force" you to go the SNA after offering LAX? Baseball bat, handgun, threats or what? Did you ask for a full cash refund?
Did your $93.29 ride take you to SNA airport? Or another location?
You are better to claim reimbursement and not compensation. Is a big difference in meaning
