Has anyone else noticed that there is no place to add your phone number to the reservation anymore? Ive noticed I stopped getting texts from AA reps, and I have a new phone number. The add/edit passenger information button is gone from the app and aa.com on individual reservations. The get trip notifications page is there, but it often errors out. Does anyone know how to put your phone number on the reservation now?
I think they pull it off of your profile and may store the numbers on their end. I would update your profile and then email the CK desk letting them know your number changed. I went through this as the reps were calling my second cell phone after I took it off my profile so I’d miss the calls as it was on silent / had network issues before I upgraded from an iPhone 8. They now largely contact my main number after I emailed in.
