I "love" posts like yours. They are SO common on the internet. But give me a break. Nobody "deserves" a ticket for going 27 miles an hour, much less one that would likely cost more than $100 after administrative fees. I did nothing "wrong" except drive a car in a normal and safe manner in a place that imposes insane fines on normal driving. If you impose 20 mph speed zones and put up speed cameras, EVERYONE who doesn't live in your town will get a speeding ticket. It's basically impossible to drive 20 mph without looking constantly at your speedometer more than the road, which of course is way more dangerous. BTW, your "you were driving 35% above the speed limit" comment is just down right hilarious in justifying a stupid police state action.
