They have one chance left. They sent me a canned response saying that the card has a zero balance. If it can't be used without a PIN, then how does it have a zero balance? I bet they couldn't run a balance check on it because it has no PIN, and then lied saying that it was used. I responded to let them know that I don't buy their response. I might actually have to do a chargeback if not given a resolution.
EDIT: I received a response from someone who seemed more human. They said that the card came back as invalid, so they've submitted for a refund.
