JJefrey is correct. The seats are the same. The foot rests in the bulkhead rows are true foot rests whereas the other rows are more like pedals that you have to reach for. I prefer the bukhead.

The only exception to this is the bulkhead window/aisle combo seats on the 777W - 16AC and 16JL. They're next to a wall and next to the 3L/3R doors. Not a fan of no window and no outside view.
