Main interest is for sleep and easy access from window seat.
All of AA's PE seats are basically the same regardless of whether you're on a 787 (either type) or 777 (either type). The bulkhead seats have a true legrest that extends up from the seat while all other rows have a small footrest that extends down from the seats in front of you.
IMO there is no reason
not to go with a bulkhead seat if they are available. Especially in the window, in the bulkhead you can step over the person in aisle to get out. In all other rows if you're in the window the person in the aisle is going to have to get up.
