I searched and could not find the best PE seat for dreamliner 787-8, not 787-9. Regardless, the questions I have are concerning the bulkhead seats. They have a different footrest from the other rows. I don't understand the difference. There is also mention that the tv monitor is in the armrest for bulkhead row which impedes storage space. Plus there is a wall mounted monitor. Main interest is for sleep and easy access from window seat.
