Couldn't agree more - when I've mentioned this before, the attitude of some posters has been "everyone must have means to sort themselves out" but it's not always the case. Many people could be on a budget, perhaps haven't a credit card as they are young... or elderly and not able to crack on and self book on their smart phone. At LHR - this should be a seamless experience - especially at 16.00hrs
