Never a overlimit fee. Both VoiceResponse and website have said ZERO credit available, and yet thousands of dollars of retail transactions still get approved.

Just weird. Even have had Amex staff (several times) see the ZERO CREDIT AVAILABLE on the screen, post a dummy test transaction, and tell me that the charge will be honored!
