This was in a DC-10 where the center seats swiveled to make a tables for 4
NW world business class had some elaborate meals as well and CO BusinessFirst was generally elaborate and excellent
AA would also make the salad for you at your seat, none of this plated stuff. Times have changed, and portions have been much smaller.
