EDIT: I have just seen the post above. It suggests to book parking at T3, then request a booking change if BA do make it over to T2 by then.
I don't think anyone knows 100%. On that basis I would book T3 parking and they will almost certainly allow you to move car parks in the event that BA advise you of a terminal change.
