Strangely, I got an email a few days ago (subject: "Your gastronomic journey starts in 3 days.") asking me to select my Signature meal, while flying from a mainland city to HKG. When I went to manage my booking, I was unable to find it anywhere on the meal selection page (as I expected). I think have a small technical issue with their email system.
