What is utterly ridiculous is that BA have gone from trying to incentivise people to book a BA Holiday to apparently actively dis-incentivising the behaviour. I just feel sorry for the poor lemon who has taken over from Claire as the head of BA Holidays as in a few months his figures are going to look woeful.
