a landing page loaded for this brand.
As per
this article from March 28th, they're "very close" to signing the first few, and then "it’s probably a three-year run for Hyatt Select to get 25 open, and it could take between 12 to 18 months to get a location open". Given the way that the other brands are expanding, this rollout could take even longer and will most likely remain focused exclusively on the US; I can't help but look at IHG's Garner, in the same class, which has over 30 properties open since their 2023 brand launch, a pipeline of over 90 hotels, and a global rollout that jumped from US only to Europe and Asia. Hoping Hyatt can pivot and roll out faster, because as fun as it is to have brands covering most segments, we need actual scale.
