I'd appreciate you posting if you do manage to get official confirmation, though. I booked through trip.com due to a combination of,
a) price
b) a bug on the TK website where I couldn't proceed with my booking because it didn't recognise my phone number.

Answer - Twitter support: "Tickets can be issued through Turkish Airlines’ official channels, which include our website at http://turkishairlines.com, our mobile app, sales offices, our call center, or authorized agencies. Please note that tickets purchased through unauthorized agencies will not be eligible for the campaign."
If anybody has a way to reach someone competent there I'd really appreciate help to get answer to this question.
