That we don't know yet. At least I'm not aware of anyone who has experienced this situation yet and posted the outcome. It would seem extraordinary mean of BA to say "well this doesn't qualify as a BAH for nTP purposes so we are giving you nothing". My guess is if it is all BA flights then they will do it spend based and just deduct the extra amount you would have got for a BAH but that really is just a guess.
