Married sector control - yes, increase in application. Redemptions are still on flight/ leg basis. So rather than BA assigning 4 seats for FRA-JFK, they assign 4 on FRA-LHR and 4 on LHR-JFK, and 'first come first served' and you need availability on both legs. May change if/ when BA move to 'dynamic redemptions' (so using bid price control for redemptions)

Hotlines & other distressed inventory - not sure. There shouldn't be a requirement for a unique RBD for them though.
