Budget at EWR sent me to Zone 3. No cars in Zone 3. One Kia Forte in Zone 1. Took them 20 minutes to grumpily assign me a Ford Escape (2024, 35k miles) even though there were hundreds of cars sitting around, they were just too lazy and incompetent to fill up the Zones, even as they were sending customers to "pick cars" from the Zones.

NYC area airports remain the absolute worst.
