Guys, be aware of this. I anticipate that AAA will be closing physical presence/service in more and more states. Keep an eye on similar development in your state if you live in USA. And don't wait to get the IDP until the last minute. There's no reason to, because AAA can back-date the effective start date of the IDP's 1-year effective period to whatever date you tell them.
Yikes! That's good to know, especially given only AAA issues internationally recognized IDPs - if they keep closing their locations, maybe that privilege needs to be taken from them and offered to another vendor
