Did the preorder list three non-exclusive ones for those flights? It is kind of confusing if they don't label it preorder exclusive but then don't offer it without preorder!

On my most recent flight, I was told that since I didn't preorder the options were chicken main or chicken on the side. The pasta was missing in action.
