Starters -
Truffled chicken and leek terrine en croûte - griolle mushrooms, gooseberries, and apple chutney
North Atlantic lobster - mixed British asparagus, cocktail sauce
London Pride battered courgette blossom - mushroom and kale stuffing, creamy lemon, and courgette sauce
Roasted red pepper soup - pea shoots

Main Course -
West Country beef Wellington - red wine jus
Free range Cornish grilled chicken breast - crispy samphire Jaipuri, English mustard yoghurt, spiced tomato pepper sauce
Grilled Dover sole - artichoke à la Grecque, fennel and celery salsa, lemon beurre blanc
Handmade mozzarella cannelloni - Gran Moravia, slow roasted tomato salsa, basil oil

Sides - roasted heritage carrots, kale and cherry tomatoes, British new potatoes

Dessert -
Eton mess - strawberries, strawberry coulis
Warm crêpes Suzette - vanilla ice cream
Homemade vanilla ice cream - select from raspberries, chocolate sauce, white crunchy pearls, chocolate shavings

Cheese -
Baron Bigod, Mrs Bell's Blue, Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar, Cheshire Kidderton Ash


Can say that both lobster and corguette were excellent. Sole was clearly pan fried (not grilled) but still quite tasty (if not the largest of portions). Beef wellington was okay. Baron Bigod is exceptional British brie
